Q: Are all bots exactly the same?
A: Yes they are, apart from their name, that is.

Q: I sent an email requesting for a bot, how long will I have to wait for a reply?
A: If it's weekend, up to 12 hours, else if it's a weekday, then may be up to 24 hours.

Q: I've sent the email, when will I get the bot?
A: When you have added the bot to the op list of your room. Please note that adding a bot is not an automated process, and that it may take some time.

Q: Will the bot be in my room all the time?
A: They should be, however there will be scheduled downtime due to system upgrades and unexpected downtime due to connection outages. Keep in mind that the bot program is still in beta testing stage, that means sometimes they may be disconnected for a minute or two for testing purposes.

Q: I own more than one room, can I have bot(s) in more than one of these rooms?
A: Since the bot program is still in beta testing stage, only one bot will be offered per user per room.

Q: I sent an email 3-4 days ago, why haven't I got a reply? A: Maybe because 1) your mail bounced (i.e. your inbox is full) or 2) You did not email enough details (refer to the front page)
